Kerin is an attorney with Moses Ryan LTD, practicing environmental law, litigation and land use. Her legal experience includes complex commercial lending litigation, environmental issues, remediation disputes, and permitting. Prior to joining Moses Ryan LTD Kerin practiced civil litigation and insurance defense.
She has an undergraduate degree from the University of New Hampshire in Environmental Science & Policy. Prior to attending law school, Kerin worked as an environmental scientist on projects throughout New England. Kerin’s work included excavating underground storage tanks, installing groundwater monitor wells, and sampling water, air and soil. As an undergraduate Kerin interned with the Massachusetts Executive Office of Environmental Affairs.
While attending Roger Williams University School of Law, Kerin was faculty nominated to compete in the law school’s Appellate Practice Competition. Kerin was named first in her class for appellate advocacy and thereafter she served as a member of Roger Williams Moot Court Board for three years. While in law school, Kerin interned with the Environmental Unit of the Rhode Island Attorney General’s Office and Save the Bay.
Kerin resides in Charlestown, Rhode Island with her family and two Labrador retrievers.
