Jennifer is a Principal with Moses Ryan Ltd. handling all aspects of civil litigation from conducting depositions, negotiating, and settling claims, drafting memoranda, and arguing significant motions in Court, preparing, and attending court-annexed arbitrations and mediations and handling ongoing claim communications. Areas of civil litigation she handles include, but are not limited to, employment discrimination, construction and real estate transactions, corporate law, personal injury, and collections. Her legal experience includes civil litigation, arbitration and mediation, landlord-tenant, probate, and real estate matters.
Jennifer has an undergraduate degree from Roger Williams University in Business Management and a juris doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law. While in law school, Jennifer interned with Associate Justice Edward C. Clifton, assisted the Pro Bono Collaborative, and participated in Jessup International Moot Court.
Jennifer is an active member of the Rhode Island Bar Association as a member of the House of Delegates and co-chairs the Superior Court Bench Bar Committee. She is also a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee. She is on the Board of Directors for the Rhode Island Women’s Bar Association and created and chairs the new Legislation & Policy Committee, as well as assists with the Events and Membership Committees.
She resides in Coventry with her family.
