Tim is a seasoned trial attorney who has devoted his nearly 30-year legal career to resolving complex civil matters and achieving effective, client-oriented solutions in a variety of challenging commercial, business, property, and injury cases. Tim handles cases in most areas of civil law, including contracts, municipal law, relief from property taxes, construction, building, and development disputes, licensing, defective products, consumer and business injuries, property and boundary disputes, charitable trusts, and injury law, to name a few. Tim regularly appears in state and federal courts in Rhode Island, has extensive experience litigating cases in state and federal courts in Massachusetts, and is admitted to practice before federal appellate courts serving nearly all northeastern states. Tim is a graduate of Brown University and UCLA School of Law.
